Refund & Exchange Policy
Please note:
All orders are final. Due to hygiene and the delicate nature of jewellery/watches, we do not offer cancellations, returns, or exchanges. Please review your order details carefully before placing it.
However, in case of a genuine issue from our end (such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video so we can assist you better.
Once reviewed, we will verify that and help you by offering a replacement or store credit, depending on availability.
Refunds to the original payment method are not possible and we can only offer store credits.
What happens if my order is returned to origin (RTO)?
If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect address, or unavailability, we will assist with reshipping.
A reshipping fee of ₹150 will be applicable. If you prefer a refund, shipping and handling fees will be deducted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective product?
Please record a clear unboxing video without any cuts and share it with us within 24 hours of delivery.
This is required for us to review and process your request.

All deliveries are OTP verified. Please ensure availability at the time of delivery.
We may not be able to assist with delivery-related concerns raised after the order has been marked as delivered for an extended period.
