All orders are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges.

What happens if my order is returned to origin (RTO)?
If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect address, or unavailability, we will assist with reshipping.
A reshipping fee of ₹150 will be applicable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective product?
Please record a clear unboxing video without any cuts and share it with us within 24 hours of delivery.
This is required for us to review and process your request.
